The Dining Service Worker II is responsible for basic cooking, food prep, customer service, and cleaning. Additional duties include:
- Preparing food needed for upcoming meal periods
- Setting up service lines
- Cooking to order customer's choices per HACCP guidelines
- Serving customers
- Replenishing service line when needed
- Breaking down and storing all foods
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications: This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of one year related experience, and the ability to read, write and understand written and verbal instructions. Candidates should be safety conscious and able to work with a diverse group of individuals.
