The Becker Career Center Operations Manager will report directly to the Senior Associate Director and collaborate with the employer relations team to cultivate new and maintain existing employer relationships with specific focus on being the career management system expert (e.g. Handshake) which includes the Becker Career Center calendar of events and online appointment scheduling system.  The Becker Career Center Operations Manager will play a significant role in the planning, marketing and execution of the annual career fair.  In addition, the Becker Career Center Operations Manager will oversee the use of student workers, schedule rooms and request services (e.g. facility, dining services, media) as required to support the events and programs.  The Becker Career Center Operations Manager will play an important role tracking and producing metrics for the Becker Career Center Annual Report and other office-wide reports.  

Qualifications: Associate's of Arts, Business or similar field, 3-5 years of customer service and administrative experience or any combination of education, experience or capabilities, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, and Internet tools are all required.  Knowledge of recruiting systems software or the ability to learn the software quickly. Ability to work independently on projects, manage and organize multiple priorities in a timely manner, and strong interest in interacting with and assisting diverse college students in a professional environment is highly desirable.
