Performs any combination, but not limited too the following duties.
  • Prepares pizzas, specialty sandwiches, garlic bread and pizza pies for lunch and dinner according to Dining Management Company and HACCP guidelines
  • Sets up hot serving line for all meals, including any catered events
  • Instructs servers in portion sizes 
  • Assists with production meetings and HACCP records
  • Prepares baked goods according to Dining Management Company and HACCP guidelines 
  • Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
  • Receives food orders per Dining Management Company and HACCP guidelines
  • Records inventory 
  • Prepares weekly food order
  • Performs other duties management shall direct

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Pizzeria experience a must. Must have two years experience in related field.  Must be able to read, write and understand written and verbal instructions. Must be safety conscious, enforce safety rules within unit and be able to work with a diverse group of individuals.
