HEALTH DIRECTOR - SUMMER CAMPS Facilities Services
Union College is looking for a temporary Health Director for our 2018 Summer Camp. The Health director will oversee a four week summer camp program that will be hosting a diverse group of international students ranging in age of 15 – 17 years old. The Health Director will report directly to the Camp Director and is responsible for monitoring the health and wellness of Campers in compliance with health, safety and program standards set by New York State.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR & MANAGER OF RESEARCH COMPUTING Computer Science
Provide curricular, research, server and lab support for the Computer Science (CS) department by identifying and maintaining software and hardware applicable to CS courses, CS faculty and student research projects, and other CS initiatives. Maintain and upgrade existing department servers, virtualized servers, HPC systems, desktop computers in teaching labs, as well as desktop computers, laptops, robots, and other hardware and software in the department’s research labs. The department primarily uses UNIX/Linux systems.

The job has two components. As Dean of the Minerva Program, the Dean oversees Union’s innovative Minerva Program, an initiative that promotes intellectual and cultural life outside of the classroom, as well as diversity of social life and community. The office manages the program and serves as a resource for students and faculty looking to develop creative events. As Class Dean, the Dean is the point person for any students seeking help for any issue. The Class Dean oversees a class of students until they graduate.

CATERING ADMINISTRATOR/COORDINATOR Dining Services
The Catering Administrator/Coordinator oversees all the details involved in booking catered events. This position has hands on responsibilities which includes providing assistance to all catering customers and ensuring accurate customer information is distributed throughout the campus. This position will spend approximately 60% of the time in the Union College Hospitality office and 40% of the time assisting with the execution of campus catering events. The position will also assist with administrative tasks in the UCH office to include filing, ordering office supplies, answering phones, communicating with a diverse group of customers, providing great customer service, etc.

ATHLETICS TICKET MANAGER/BUSINESS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Athletics
The Athletics Ticket Manager provides administrative oversight for fan experience and ticket sales to all Union Athletics ticketed events. This position will also work closely with Union Athletics’ Business Operations, supporting the financial operations of the department.
CATERING SUPERVISOR - HALE HOUSE Dining Services
The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for training, motivating and supervising current & new service employees, organizing, setting-up and assisting in delivering requested catering services, and providing prompt and courteous service to all customers. The Catering Lead will provide customers with efficient and attentive service while exceeding the customer's expectations.
