This position provides secretarial and administrative support for the UCALL program. UCALL is a membership-based program that provides learning and enrichment opportunities for adult learners and includes over 500 participants, volunteers and instructors for annual non-credit courses and special events.
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR-CHEMISTRY Chemistry
Union College invites applications for a tenure-track position beginning in Fall 2020. The candidate will have teaching responsibilities principally in physical chemistry (thermodynamics, kinetics and quantum) and general chemistry courses. The candidate is expected to have a Ph.D. in physical chemistry, biophysical chemistry or a related sub-discipline, and postdoctoral experience.

The candidate should have a Ph.D. in chemistry or a closely related field and the potential for excellence in undergraduate teaching. Union College is seeking an energetic admissions professional to be a part of our dynamic team. This position will work on the West Coast and in Asia to recruit students for the College, build relationships with high school counselors, independent educational consultants and alumni and achieve a high level of visibility for the College.
PROGRAM ASSISTANT Alumni/Parent Engagement
The Program Assistant will develop and maintain strong competency with iModules and Colleague, our alumni and donor information management system, particularly as it relates to event management, volunteer management notes, contact reports, etc. with the goal of maintaining strong and timely communications and tracking mechanisms for the Office of Alumni & Parent Engagement. Provide direct support to all assistant/associate directors. The Program Assistant should have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple projects at one time.

LANDSCAPE SPECIALIST Facilities Services
Responsible for the care and maintenance of the campus grounds with specific attention to tree, shrub, and garden maintenance, plant bed installation and up keep, and maintenance of lawn areas,walkways, roadways and parking lots. Snow removal is also an essential function of this position.
