The Manager, Employee Credit Card Program is responsible for oversight and direction of the College's Purchasing Card Program. As a member of the Accounts Payable department, the Manager, Employee Credit Card Program is the key liaison for the campus community and card program provider. The Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate records and achieving compliance standards. 

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of work-related experience in Accounts Payable, Purchasing or Card Programs- preferably in higher education. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for software applications. Candidates should also be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and have excellent time management skills with the ability to organize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to work with a diverse group of individuals is also a must. Training of new cardholders on policies, guidelines and credit card software is also required.
