Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the Director will manage activities and events, planning and implementing programs and projects that strategically engage alumni and parents of current and former students in the life of the college. Duties include: lead a team of 6 staff members to develop, implement and execute strategic plan for Alumni and Parent Engagement Office, oversee Alumni Council (alumni association), manage a portfolio of volunteers and annual giving prospects, and manage milestone ReUnion effort for the 50th and 25th classes.
 
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of five years of experience in the field of advancement or equivalent, management and leadership experience, a track record of program development and implementation. Selected candidate will have experience working productively with volunteers, be organized, detail oriented, possess excellent oral/written communication skills and the ability to work with people with a wide range of backgrounds.
